The GalileoScope is a replica of Galileo's telescope. It is optimized for educational use and costs about $30. We have developed a curriculum-linked, activity-based guide to using the GalileoScope to teach the grade 9-10 Optics and Astronomy strands.

YouTube videos connect the classroom to the real world . We will use these videos as a source of real world physics problems. In small groups, we will use whiteboards to analyse these problems and also to learn how to examine the videos critically.
